Refund policy

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that they will be supplied with due care and skill. If we fail to meet a guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund.

Service failures: if we fail to deliver your tips on a day you were entitled to them, tell us and we will credit or refund that day.
Cancelling: cancel online any time; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Moving to South Australia: we end the service and refund the unused part of your period.
Losing bets is not a service failure: our ratings are probabilities, and results are not guaranteed.
